Pre-Sale Today at Noon MST. All the Info you need
The ticket Pre-Sale for Fire In The Mountains 2020 launches TODAY at 12 Noon MST, at our website FITMFEST.com.
Here is how it will work.
200 tickets are being released for presale. 175 of these are General Admission Weekend passes, which will be on sale at the one-time discount of $159. These passes include admission to all 3 days of the event, including all workshops, experiences and performances.
25 Early Access VIP passes, which, similar to last year will include everything in the GA Weekend Pass, as well as access to the VIP camping area and amenities, meal passes to both days’ Farm-to-Festival Barbecues, a wealth of drink passes, and an exclusive banner print, among other items (full details for these passes will be listed on the website). There will only be 25 of these released at presale, priced at $349.
All passes will be individually registered to an attendee, to discourage ticket scalping. Any potential resale or transfer of tickets will go through the ticket hosting website to ensure fair transfer.
Additional options will be available through the ticketing platform as well, such as camping, parking, shuttles, cabin/wagon/teepee rentals etc. Camping is not included with festival passes, and will cost $40 per person for the full weekend (Fri-Sun). This cost goes to cover the bear-safe measures and available food storage at the campsite, as well as covering the fees imposed by the National Forest Service. All campers have the option to attend the on-site bear safety class hosted by the Wyoming Game and Fish division which will grant an immediate $20 rebate for camping. Additionally, parking fees will be waived for vehicles carpooling 3 or more people, to encourage a reduction in carbon impact.
Once these sets of tickets are gone, that is it for the presale and for these prices – although the additional options will be left available to purchase, so they do not have to be decided upon purchase of a presale pass. Full passes will be released on Saturday, January 25th. More information on these is available in previous posts.
The presale will be accessed via our website at www.fitmfest.com , but will be hosted by a third party ticket host to avoid any security concerns or unwanted shutdowns.
No additional service fees are applied to any of these costs.
The presale will go live at Noon, and be gone once sold out – which is known to happen fast.
Good luck, and we will see you in the mountains.
